We will email the CoR39 (CIPC Certificate) which will include the amendments

What we will need from you

We will need the following documents and information from your:

Identity document of each existing and new director (including resigning directors)
Company Registration document
Limited Power of Attorney signed by all directors (existing, new and resigning) (We will supply this)
