What we will need from you

We will need the following documents and information from your:

  • Company Registration documents
  • Proof that company earned R50 000 or more (or R4 200 per month in last two months) - Invoice required
  • Signed Power of Attorney (provided by us)
  • ID of each company director (certified and no older than 3 months)
  • Directors proof of residence (no older than 3 months)
  • Company proof of residence (no older than 3 months)
  • SARS Registered Representative
  • Confirmation of Bank Account

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes there are, once your company has been registered for VAT, it will be required to submit VAT returns on a two monthly basis (monthly for some larger companies that meet certain requirements).

If the VAT return results in VAT payable to SARS, your company will be required to make a payment to SARS for this VAT liability
